I'm fully in control of my reality

every breath I inhale gives me belief and power over shifting

my consciousness is constantly expanding

nothing is holding me back from shifting

I give myself permission to shift

I am a master shifter

I am deserving of shifting

I am proud of all the progress I have made

my subconscious knows what is in my script

my reality is exactly how I want it to be

reality bends to my will

my subconscious is all I need to shift
